AL Advanced Discounts and Pricing extends the standard sales and purchase documents of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with advanced pricing and discount control - letting you define, combine and override prices and discounts on all sales and purchase document headers and lines, while staying fully aligned with standard Business Central behavior.

Key capabilities

• Compound discounts - multiple levels (e.g. 10% + 5%) applied consistently across all lines at header level.
• Payment and invoice discounts - payment discounts driven by the payment terms, and invoice discounts with manual override, including an additional invoice discount to override the automatically calculated value.
• Line-level overrides - forced compound discounts and forced unit prices per line.
• Price inheritance - when a line is created from another document (e.g. an invoice from an order), the forced price and discount are inherited, so changing quantities does not silently change the agreed amounts.

How it works

The app adds pricing and discount fields at header and line level on sales and purchase quotes, orders and invoices. You set compound, payment and invoice discounts on the header and forced discounts/prices on the lines; the app recalculates prices, discounts and totals in real time and carries forced values through documents created from a source, keeping the printed and PDF output consistent.

Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, version 28.0 or higher, online (SaaS) and on-premises. AppSource covers online environments; on-premises is distributed and installed directly by AppLibra, through the AppLibra License Manager.
• Languages - English (en-US) and Italian (it-IT).
• Scope - sales and purchase documents (headers and lines).
